Crossway Homecare's services ensure that the everyday tasks of your loved ones become much easier. Our staff is dedicated to helping client’s with their day to day duties such as: visits to Doctor’s appointments, therapies, laundry, bathing, medication management and dressing as necessary.
Home Health Care
They help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and their daily tasks. It may also include light housekeeping duties.
Nursing Care
The core of our skilled nursing program is to create a plan of care at admissions to facilitate safe patient transitions that allows independent self management while in the community.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapists develop personalized treatment plans using various techniques. They guide and teach patient’s how to use therapeutic techniques.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists work to develop physical rehabilitation programs to regain list skills. They advise on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily skills.
